Delivery

Deliveries within Germany and Austria are usually made with GLS at a standard flat rate of € 4.99
The shipping costs are taken over by us from an order value of EUR 60.-. 

Shipping costs per country:

Goods in stock are dispatched within two to three working days after receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For orders that we do not have in stock, the buyer will receive the shipping information by email.
The shipping times given are for guidance only. 

Exchange

Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back any opened products. 

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 14 days of the invoice date only after notification.

Unannounced returns or opened products will not be refunded. 

The costs for the return are borne by the customer.

Procedure:

1. Please notify us of the desired return with reasons to info@haakaa.shop.
   We will then inform you of the return address. 
2. Pack the original items in a proper transport packaging.
3. Return of the articles.
